I tried to validate the contact details given on the OP's original email, but couldn't even find the Box Office telephone number on the official site.

Am unsure whether the email is genuine, but how else would someone get your contact email details. ?

As legal point, I'm sure the fine print on tickets has something about "We reserve the right to refuse admission"
However, to be 'convicted' of a misdemeanour from CCTV footage and no court conviction seems very much out of order. How would they have your details from CCTV footage ? Unless they got your seat number, but that could easily be a case of mistaken identity, given that some fans took seats that weren't allocated to them
