I sincerely hope Laura Plummer gets home soon and returns to good health ASAP. But the question has to be asked why did she take them from a friend when they arrived at the airport, or did the so called friend force them on to her. I feel for Laura and her family but you really do have to be so careful going to different countries. My view is take no medicines but if you do read up on what is allowed if you do need to take them for your medical needs try and take evidence that you do need them like a letter from a doctor. I hope the friend is feeling happy with themselves for all thiis hurt and pain and suffering.

I don’t know who she is or what she looks like, but I probably would.

Three Rules One - when taking mixtures abroad always make sure that they are on a repeat prescription form - you never know when you may need to obtain further supplies, or prove what your doctor feels you need to take. Two - Palace supporters (in the would sense) are known for their generosity. Would is used as the question "would you meet her needs?" Three - Tonight's BBC news report said that she has been one of twenty held in a communal female prison cell. Saying would indicates great generosity.

If you're taking any prescription drugs abroad outside of the EU, then for f**ks sake get a letter from your doctor and take a copy of the prescription with you. 290 Tramadol is a s**tload. Thats enough for 145 days (assuming her husband isn't incapacitated). Its basically what the UK uses as Morphine these days - as its less pleasent. Its also popular as a recreational substitute for heroin. If that's being prescribed their doctor is more generous than mine; I can only get two months supply at one time. I'm pretty sure each capsule is only worth about 8p in the UK, but given that Tramadol in Egypt has supplanted Heroin and Cannabis, I bet its street value there is significantly higher. Also, its illegal to give medications such as tramadol to anyone other than the individual they're prescribed for. Its illegal for that friend to give her 290 tramadol, and its illegal to possess them if they are obtained in that manner even in the UK, where Tramadol is a class C drug. I hope she gets to serve her sentence here - sounds like she's lucky to only be done for possession.
