But in the mean time a World Cup winner and toping the leagues is showing good progress. No? If the club can get its arse off the bottom of the table and to safety then hopefully some lads will start progressing. Can't blame anyone for not blooding anyone whilst season after season we fight relegation. Not sure that's the academy's fault.

But I'd rather we fight on and im sure we'll be fine. Last year Parish was saying they're wanting to bring some through and don't want to block there progress by signing players in certain positions. I suspect we'll see a couple in the first team squad next season for sure.
