This is what we have come to.

I hope some of you have your sand ready to bury your heads in.

So glad I moved my family away.

In place for one day, for two hours, and it was optional - Wow I bet that put the gangs in their place.

Unbelievable isn't it.

A sign of things to come though I suspect.

To be fair though, you need a knife to cut through some of the s*** they serve in McDonald's these days!!

I do worry about that particular McDonalds.

But may I humbly suggest you don't look at Croydon through the lens of one location. I have said multiple times on this site that there is a huge difference across the Borough. We have many exceptionally low criminality Wards.

Personally I don't stray North of Marks and Spencer's at night.

By the way, I remember that arch appearing on more than one occasion at East Croydon Station, nothing special in that.

Kent County Council has the highest rate of crime in the country by the way. Croydon is 10th of the London Boroughs. Westminster being the worst. Who'd a thought it.

Some of the BSF schools in and around the area had to put them in at the entrances, so it's been that way for over a decade now.

Optimistic as ever

my brothers son & his mate were beaten up in the McD's in Croydon next door to Waitrose last week.
early hours of sunday morning.
approx. 20 brave lads of somalian background.
lucky they weren't stabbed.
just hospital although 1 has a broken jaw & head injuries.
group are known to the police , currently nobody nicked for it.

Kids, tired of being bothered by your pesky parents?
Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.

sadly , I think its the old bill that need it.
hands tied etc.
I've seen several instances of bike muggers now , where they hide their face 'cowboy style with scarves but use no crash helmet as the coppers cannot engage in high speed chases as the w***ers have no lids on.
so break the law to get around it?
central cronx is currently not good, which is a bloody shame as the town is trying to regenerate.

The smell of a decaying brucie corpse would take ones olfactory senses away from s***ty burger odour.
