No surprise ! There is talk of David Moyes taking over.I just get the feeling that if this comes to fruition, W.Ham supporters will not be best pleased.

If I were West Ham I would try and poach Benitez. He has worked wonders at Newcastle and may be unsettled given the lack of support in the transfer market. Moyes has been sh*t since he left Everton and is so dour. Other than Allardyce (who I'm sure is not in the equation) there are no miracle workers around, plus Everton are also on the hunt probably for a similar type of manager.

It would be good for us if Moyes is appointed. At least we know WHU will be relegated. So that leaves two more!

Tony Henry is W.Ham's Director of player recruitment. He was at Everton when David Moyes was there so they have worked together before.

I actually hope he takes WBA down, but West Ham would be fine by me as well I didn't get this at first but then remembered they have this odd thing about being a 'proper football' team. It's most odd because even Man Utd fans I know aren't as fussed about style of play despite going from 25 years of fantastic attack under Fergie to the new pragmatic approach of Mourinho. West Ham have never been that good, never been a juggernaut and the 'total football' they are so used to and referring to is from the 60's. I can't imagine most of their current match-going fans have even seen that team live. And yet, like you say, if Pulis was appointed tomorrow aka the man that will get them 10th by May, would be met with uproar because he won't make the same team Bilic struggled with score 10 goals a game and have 70% possession. Madness. Stupid fans.

I'm always kind of glad we 'left on reasonable terms' - because he does strike me as the kind of manager you may need to call on again.
