Don't know of any there.....BUT, Heads N Tails bar in Costa Adeje will show it they have 6 large screens showing all channels. 2 euros a pint & great food. Hope you find somewhere & watch out for earthquakes & Mt Teide.....lol
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Just before I got on the plane my brother tells me that there have been 20 minor earthquakes in 4 days. Cheers for that bro... Having a great time though. Hot here which is just what I wanted. Just need to find somewhere with the game and all is good. May get a cab into town and ask the cabbie. Don't fancy the coach to Americas but may have to.. Took this from the hotel balcony. Super moon over Santa Cruz. Attachment: IMAG0829.jpg (1,263.65Kb)

Anyone know where to watch the game in Santa Cruz? Your the wrong side of the island for English football, its mostly Germans that side but having said that there should be plenty of places to go, like you say just ask a cabby. Now if you had the time to go to the Adeje, Los Gigantes, Puerto Santiago side I could recommend you thirty or so different bars to watch it in, but that is a long cab ride away. Good luck finding it.

Your not wrong, this place is full of Germans. Lovely part of the island though. I did see a bar yesterday playing the footie but when I walked in, it was like the piano stopped playing. A few oldies in there.. I walked out backwards , very slowly. May have to head across the island. Bound to be a few spuds fans I can abuse over there.

Just been recommended a bar near the front. Gramophone Bar on Concordia Playa. Apparently run by a guy called Ricky. Sorted. I have a spuds fan who is a friend, he is going to the match with another friend who is one of us. I have ordered him to keep his whatsapp on so I can abuse him throughout the game. To be fair, he's a good sport and not at all a knob, although I wouldn't tell him that. Wife tucked up at the hotel, check. Hot day, sand and sea, check. Pint of San Miguel, check. Palace on the telly, check. This could be a great day. COYP...
