Ticket printing problem

Can someone do me a favour and go to online tickets and try and print one of their e tickets
Not sure what is happening as I can’t get mine to print
Never had a problem before
So just want to check if it’s a problem at the cpfc end
When I click print it just takes me back to the ticket page
