A work conversion got onto premier league statistics today. I stumbled across a statistic that Palace have won 86 premier league games. Charlton have won 92 and Wimbledon have won 99. It would be a great achievement if we could overtake both of these this season.

That is embarrassing. Wimbledon have only been a league club`for around 28 seasons in total. We have been for 112.

We are in 26th place in the all time PL table with 87 wins now. Brighton are bottom.

Will be a while before we can make up that same amount of ground again though. Unless we can stay up another few seasons that is.

Once again you would think there was no top flight football before the Premier League unless those stats mean the old First Div as well as the PL. We came third in the old First Div one season and Charlton were in the top division long before we were.
