Breaking news, doesn't sound good.

Optimistic as ever

Reports say a car deliberately driven into people queuing to get into museums. Some photo of a guy being pinned to the ground by police - a person of colour, so expect a 'Justice for the South Kensington One' group to spring up.

We have now sunk to a depth at which the restatement of the obvious is the first duty of intelligent men. [Orwell]

We took two coaches of school children down there a couple of years ago.

Phew! That was a narrow escape.

It was a bloody long que though. In all seriousness though the bird took the kids there about 4 weeks ago and I was trying to blag her not to.I was looked at like an over protective nutter.I don't want them anywhere near a major city.I know that sounds ridiculous but it scares the s*** out of me just the thought of them being caught up in anything like that and I know its highly unlikely but its a risk Id rather not take.

I agree with you that it is a daft term, but I thought it was the correct phrase to use these days when describing someone who is other than a person of non-colour. Perhaps you can advise me of correct current usage I don't want to offend anyone - I'm sure you are more up to date than me on these important things.

'Asian-looking' 'arabic appearance' 'white bloke' 'black chap' and 'rainbow skinned' for our LGBT friends.

All perfectly fine.

You sure? You're not trying to entrap me are you? What's the 'T' stand for again, never sure and it's obviously of crucial importance.
