Current Palace shot-stopper Julian Speroni is the latest club legend to confirm he will be attending the Marathon March on Saturday 7 October. He will be at Selhurst Park bright and early, meeting and greeting over 100 walkers who are taking part, and will see them off as they leave the stadium at 8am.

[Link] There will be some sore feet this morning (Sunday) after more than 100 people walked from Selhurst Park to Trafalgar Square yesterday (Saturday) to raise money for the Palace for Life Foundation. Crystal Palace fans were joined by representatives from the foundation, together with club legends Andrew Johnson and Andy Gray, to complete a 'Marathon March' across London to raise money to support young people in south London. And there were a few surprises for the walkers along the way, with Palace chairman Steve Parish joining them in the closing stages, while players from the Crystal Palace Ladies team were there at the finish to greet the walkers home with their medals.
