DOF's are judged on successful decisions and appointments, not soundbytes and bullsh1t. My concern there's a handful of ex Palace appointments made where surely there's better out there. Salako and Woodman for definite. Instead of researching dof material we've reacted to the sh1t window, got an ex Palace man in who's probably going to be our manager if we're relegated. Then there's more reactive decisions.
