Most of the time he had no one within 10 yards of him. If we are going to hoof it up for him to flick on then he needs support.

I really think we need to get rid in January and get three less expensive strikers (even from League One) who look like they are even half-interested in playing for us.

If we want a centre forward who's just going to stand on the penalty spot and wait for the ball to hit him on the head, there's plenty of cheaper options out there.

Exactly. We had 2 left footed wingers as well. When Tekkers isn't firing there is nobody to fill his boots. Wilf can't come back early enough as we look so disjointed. Agree though he needs to put a shift in whatever is happening around him.

Rubbish, A forward needs service and he has not had that today. Our midfield was weak and played to deep. Most of their central players had time in the ball. We either need to play 4 or 5 in midfield with Milo playing. Puncheon is a complete waste of space. Ever since he has been made captain he has flapped his arms about and blamed over players for his mistakes, the man could captain a bag of teabag.

If only he did! At one point Soton had a corner and he was standing on the near post...... of course when we took possession and hoofed it up the field, who was there? No-one, as he hadn't made it back up field yet

I've been saying it long before today, even when people were wetting themselves over him last season. He may have scored a few last season but he needs it set up on a plate for him, he doesn't work hard to try and make things happen, especially now we're struggling. Nothing more than a goal hanger and he can't even score when he does get a chance now!!
All this bollocks about playing to his strengths, what strengths?? What is he actually good at? Best header in Europe?? Do me a favour!! He can't hold the ball up, can't control the ball!!

And he's all we've got!! We really are fcuked!!
