Michael O'Neil {why didn't we go 4 him}

Has done a tremendous job at Northern Ireland , with the qualities at his disposal. He's a young up and coming manager. Maybe he may not of left. His the sort of coach I'd rather than another short fix.
Thoughts on Michael O'Neil?
