I am extremely confused. I said it all week... "if we lose Sunday I want De Boer gone" now, after 2 minutes (their goal) I DID want him gone. After our first half performance, I thought "hang on a minute, we have got something here if we play like this all season" and I wanted him to stay regardless of result. Then came the second half performance, and " I want home gone tomorrow" I don't know what I want or what I think!! Forget the knee jerk reactions, look at the game. Could we have won this if luck was on our side? Chung Yong Lee was awful, and there is no excuse for this (not just the goal but every cross and pass) What do you lot think?

Just imagine the board actually shows some bottle and rides the storm and a few months down the line we're playing with that confidence on the ball with RLC, Sakho & Wilf all in the side at Selhurst Park... The starts unfortunate, but we CAN get this right if we have the nerve for it. No reason to be negative after that performance as it genuinely is the best I've seen us play on the ball in years.

Still no points and still no goals, but we're progressing. I'm impressed with Frank's inner strength and determination to get us out of the ditch. I reckon we should stick with him.

A promising performance, however it was against Burnley who perhaps decided not too take too many chances after being gifted a goal and were content to sit deep hence we saw more of the ball. That said we created good chances and perhaps on another day they would have gone in.

We still have Sakho, RLC and Wilf to come back and we have Southampton next so give him one last chance to get a point or three on the board. But if we play crap against them he really does have to go if only to regroup under Sammy Lee for the following nightmare three matches after then. That'll give Parish some time to find the wrong manager for stability again.

Dyche clearly appreciates the danger we possess as the bus was instantly parked after the first goal

It would be utterly stupid to sack him after today.

Have to keep our nerve and stop this f***ing self destructive blame game. United we stand as they say. The drip, drip of poison will destroy our chances of it continues. I'm not happy, but I'm also not gonna go into meltdown over a stat or what rival fans think. We've always been trailblazers when it comes to setting unwanted records. It's in our DNA.

I think I watched a different game to some people. Burnley were happy to sit back and let us have the ball breaking on the counter. We had the possession because Burnley let us have the ball in safe areas. There are so many points of concern!!!! Our most dangerous player was a defender. Lee isn't a premier league player and how punch is still a guaranteed starter I'll never know. Fair enough we have players coming back, but after 5/6 years the board still haven't learned their lesson failing to get cover for key positions. At 1 nil down we bring on a defensive minded player. What premier league team only has one recognised striker? The board have to shoulder a lot of the blame, you can only flirt with relegation so many times and the January transfer window is not always going to save the season.
