Seeing we might be bidding upwards of 14 mil for this Turkish striker who will essentially be Benteke's back up. For me Campbell could've done that job just fine. His pressing (big part of FdB's tactics) is better and has a bit of that poachers instinct that is useful late on. We then could've used that money to buy Sakho for 28 mil, instead of Mangala for 20 and also used 5-7 mil on a new goalkeeper or RB/RWB.

You were doing alright up to the point you pressed 'start new thread.' Why do people do this? Fear nobody will reply to their post?

he doesn't score. Might as well play one of the youngsters who probably won't all score either but at least they are ascending towards their peak years rather than descending from them.

Firstly he scored arguably the most important goal of last season up at Hull. Secondly he has never had a lot of service. Funny how people who watch Palace home and away realise how handy he can be yet couch fans slag him off for one substitute performance that they've seen. I honestly feel he would've scored against Swansea with the ball bobbling about in their area a few times.
