These seem to be the three mist likely 'outs' although personally I think Cabaye is the one player most likely to receive offers

I would place more emphasis on the 'apparently'.

Maybe that's optimistic however, I would only approve of that deal if we were to bring in a replacement or improvement. Good on his day Andros, but can't have a player turning up for 15 or so games a season.

In terms of our ambition, I don't think anybody near the first team should be sold purely due to lack of depth but our deadwood is exactly that and I can't see offers flooding in for them!

My other worry is that even if we are selling to buy we could end up with less players than we started with and again unlikely there will be a large improvement in quality.

I agree with Red Al. Why do we believe all the c**p that gets written, just filling space.
Why would we sell Townsend to buy other attacking options - what sense is that?
Why sell Tomkins, when only in the second game it has been proved that we need cover and he came in and did a great job.

Think about it, before you post for Christ's sake.
