Everybody else knew in this forum that a style he is trying to play with the players he got is not going to work. Alan Pardew did the same and here we go again.
We are best playing with 4 at the back and a solid midfield in front an then leave it to the frontmen to make things happen.

Was it Fosu Mensah who thought it was only him and Wayne Hennessey on the pitch? Whoever it was, that tippy tappy football from keeper to defender was not what I paid for. I had a restricted view and frankly the big pillar in front of me was more lively than Palace in the first half.

Lots of kiddies posting on here who want instant gratification without supporting a team that is in the process of applying a new way of playing. Maybe I used a wrong word there, 'support'. Booing a manager after one game tells much about the poor quality of support that the club has unfortunately attracted in recent times, many attempting to freeload only when success has been achieved.
