Palace Player has 'migrated' to become part of a revamped CPFC site. (Go to the CPFC site, and search for 'Palace Player' and you should find it).......

.....BUT, it does not yet seem to work (you can try resetting your password by clicking on 'I have forgotten my password', but you'll probably find you get to a 'page not found' page).

Not only that, it seems that Palace Player won't work any more if you are outside the UK (my 'old' UK sub worked fine and allowed me to listen to commentaries when on holiday).

I have tried getting help from the site support people, but they are rather half-hearted. Not good.

Let's all complain!

It's exactly as you said including the problem with password resetting.

I tried with both a VPN and without and got the same results.

Why is everything a cock-up with this sort of stuff?
I've been paying my subscription and using this service for years. I bet the payment process from my credit card will work fine though!

Thanks for this, I have now found Palace Player on the CPFC website. But why is it hidden away? (and why is even the search function only semi-visible?).

I'm also bit confused by the 'Palace TV' link to eagles-cpfc-co-uk which offers the following:
"Our free CPFC membership is available to Palace fans all over the world and gives you access to regular interviews, exclusive behind the scenes videos, live match streams and interactive club votes. Join now for free." Can this possibly be true?
