Huge apologies if this has been discussed before..

I just watched the Hull game again, and must admit that I am slowly becoming a huge fan of Schlupp.

At times I thought we may have 'over-paid' for the guy, but on Sunday, his performance and utter determination to win the ball was quite outstanding.

The energy he put into winning both the first and second ball was excellent. His desire to attack down the left wing is something that has been clearly missing for a while and added a new dimension to the team.

Totally agree- my man of the match Sunday along with Tomkins. He improved already immensely. When we signed him I thought what a waste of money. I actually prefer him to PVA.

Generally he's a left midfielder or attacking that can play at the back. A wing back would suit him more.

Yes he's a good player. Now we need quality on the right wing back or rb area to match.

Personally, I wouldn't say he's improved. I've always thought he was a good player

Thing I like about him is he came to play football. That is what we want. Hungry players to do what they're paid to do, not pick up a wage for feck all, or be p1ssed about by players willing to stay at moneybags fc to earn more warming their &rse.

We used to have 3 players who made it clear what was expected of new players when they joined. Jedi, Delaney and the other I'm not sure who. No doubt obvious. Jedi was sold and not replaced and Damo fell asleep on the bench because of the slide into sh1t he was witnessing.

We are getting our Palace back. Just some dodgy performances cropping up like Burnley because our squad is too thin to cope with playing 3 games in 6 days vs a club that played 7/8 days ago.

I see him better suited to a defensive role than as an attacking midfielder which is what I thought we bought him for. I love the jump on him to win 2 balls then bomb down the left to win the penalty. Looks the best defensive fullback we've had since Clyne but generally PVA is better at supporting the attacks from a left back position. I'd like to see him tried out in a few positions because he looks like a 'managers' player that could adapt, in the past he's played as a forward too, he's only 24 so I don't think a central midfield role is beyond his capabilities to adapt to.

Yes, he was impressive during his first Palace game, and is now (after injury) back to that level. More of the same please.

Yes. He's been very good. Love the way him and PVA are competing for the spot. Sam bought well! 10/10 couldn't have done better with his 4 signings and saved us.

I was chuffed when we signed him, I always thought he did well for Leicester, very much an under appreciated player.

On Sunday I loved his determination to get in the box, he looked like he knew he was going to get a penalty at the very least. Hopefully with a decent pre-season we'll really see the best of him next season.

Cynic or realist? It's a fine line!

Really good signing from Sam. He has played consistently well ever since joining. Very fit, aggressive without being mean, good solid team player.

22 years eating a vegan diet. Perfectly happy and healthy on it.
