Title of the thread says it all... "Which 3 teams will we finish above next season"
"Brighton are talking about how they're coming for us. And it's like, we've been waiting in the Premier League for you for ages." Wilfried Zaha, 2017. |

Surprisingly out of 8 pages only a handful said us!!! I just think what a ridiculous thread to start by them but they're so up their own backsides and self righteous that it doesn't surprise me. They truly believe that they are a giant of a club now. I would argue that Middlesbrough and Sunderland are a bigger club than them in terms of history, fan base, stadium, youth set up etc and look how badly they both sunk this season. And that was with Negredo and Defoe in their teams, who are miles better than anything Brighton have. I'll just sit back and take it all in. I'll enjoy watching them slide this season and the ensuing meltdown on NSC!!
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

They should be asking "which 19 teams will finish above us?" because that's not settled until we know the play-off final winner. I really hope the take Derby's record points low and halve it!
Cynic or realist? It's a fine line! |

I would say that the only current Prem club of a similar size to the Seaweed is Bournemouth, the rest all have far more top flight history than than that little backwater called Br!ghton. Just because they have a shiny stadium doesn't make them a big club.

I'm very tempted to register on their page and fuel the expectation even more. Whip them into enough of a frenzy and they'll have a meltdown every time they don't beat Chelsea or Liverpool. Plus a troll saying positive stuff is less likely to get spotted

They don't seem to like Eddie Howe much.

They've been giving Reading fans the 'we're a bigger team than you' bollocks this season by all accounts. I hope they go up and do the double over the dolphins.

If Bournemouth survived and grew then Brighton can too. They have a decent chance of staying up next season, as 'Boro and Hull did this season. When we got promoted this time I don't remember the pages here being as full of arrogance as the NSC pages are at the moment. Yes they went up automatically but it took them 4 season to get there after we went up. Why do they think it'll be so easy for them to stay up. The facilities are good, the club is well run by all accounts, but the set up at 'Boro is excellent too. They should tread carefully. Edited by Alex1991 (18 May 2017 5.05am)
