I'm surprised we are not talking about the possibility of West Ham still potentially going down on the last day. Personally, i think it is highly unlikely that either Palace or West Ham will go down, but if you lot are going to keep trying to work out every possible scenario for us to be pipped by Hull and Swansea, then we may as well add the Hammers to the equation. They have a worse goal difference than us and are only a point ahead of us, and have to play both Spurs and Liverpool in the next two games. Their last game is a tricky one at Burnley. I don't think they will go down, but they have as much chance as we do

For Palace to be relegated it would most likely mean three losses, in which case West Ham would be fine.

For the Spammers to be relegated it would most likely mean three losses for them, at least a draw for us and Hull or Swansea to win their remaining games.

It's possible but unlikely. Be nice to finish above them though.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

I think they have less chance that we do of going down because surely that would require us to overtake them as well has Hull and Swansea?

I would spend my whole summer laughing if West Ham went down.

Less chance than us because of the extra point and the fact we play Hull.

Well if we were talking about that, no one would be 'the sky is falling' about us going down ala Oldham twenty years ago.

Both us and them are highly unlikely to go down, its just possible, it would take some achievement by Swansea to win three on the bounce and for Hull to make up five points from 3 games (of course Hull have the benefit of one of those games being against us, which is also a disadvantage).

I'd say we're say 80% likely to stay up, and that the Hammers are 90% likely to stay up, and that really its about how well Hull and Swansea do in three games.

Wether they go down or not, they, like us have had a really s**t season. They can't really even blame their manager for being s**t.....

A 10 point deduction for financial irregularities would see them wave goodbye to the Prem.

It could quite easily go to the last game of the season.
Swansea have wba and they will be given the day off by Tony Pulis
Hull have Spurs, and the title should be over.
We have Man Utd who will be more concerned with the Europa league cup final than us

Think Hull at home is going to be tough. Swansea and Hull have an already relegated Sunderland so expect them both to get 3 points.

If swans beat Everton then its a free for all!

Indeed! You'd expect Swansea to beat Sunderland and WBA, so the Everton game is key. Pray for a defeat (unless we've already beaten Man City)

WBA fans booed the team off at the weekend, and reports say fans are turning against Pulis. No way would someone like Pulis give his team the licence to relax sit back and not play, even if it was detrimental to us. These kind of claims are just nonsense. I don't think Moyes will either. Players are still playing for contracts and team places, plus the higher you finish the more the club get.

Let's not worry about others and do the job ourselves, its in our hands, by a whole 6 points and goal difference, if we squander all that now, we deserve to go down.

Swansea can still get 41 points, so as it stands right up to Leicester in 11th could go down.

If this season is anything to go by, it's risky to expect anything.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham
