How many of you are real fans like me (tongue in cheek)I renewed my season ticket in Febuary when it looked like we would be playing Championship football next season.Mind you after watching us at 4 nil down against Sunderland at half time I thought to myself "what have you done".

I prefer Barca.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Keep Barca as your telly team and Palace (ala Brighton fans) as the team you watch live and laugh at the oppo fans with either history or trophies.
ps not my idea but someone else on here (forget who)

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

Whoosh?

It's not a bad idea though, prefer Barca to Real too even though they're both big bad galactico clubs at the end of the day.

It was the nearest I've ever got to leaving early. With five minutes left I left my seat and stood at the back of the Arthur and was out of the ground seconds after the final whistle.I couldn't stomach passing the gloating Mackems outside.

Me as well, though I went to the back of the Arthur too at 90m So,we are equally nuts!

Though if someone can't get to games because of illness.location, work etc, doesn't make them any less of a fan.Might be different if they turned the stream off after 45m against Sunderland!

Though,I have to own up.I remember deciding on a saturday morning on the spur of the moment to go to an away game at Derby..did the drive...after 65m we were something like 3-nil,4-0 down and I left and drove straight back..

Thats weird. If its the one about 4-5 years ago thats exactly what I did too.The bird was trying to think of something for us to do and she was struggling so I made the executive decision at about 10am that we would go to Derby. We got outside the ground and 2:55pm.3-0 down in the first half I think and pulled it back to 3-2.
