One of those weird things, you can be fit as f**k, and be more at risk from a heart attack, if you have even minor defects that the normal population would never be at risk of, because of the extra strain you put on it.

Premature death is rarely cause by coronary heart disease in the young and fit, It is usually some sort of fatal arrhythmia or congenital problem. Obviously I don't know what happened in this case.
To put it in perspective, my step mother has had an arrhythmia for several years and leads a relatively normal life.

Having met Ugo and a few other Villa players during the time I worked as a ref's driver way back when, he came across as a decent bloke and not at all footballer-ish. RIP. Well I think Simon's head is large; always involved in espionage. (Name that tune)
