He wants a job so he'll obviously be bigging up his own accomplishments and drop subtle hints that the failings were down to others.
We all know he made mistakes. We all also know he loves himself and can be a real arrogant git at times. I know someone who knows him personally very well (I've never met him myself) but even this person who considers himself a friend thinks he is very full of himself but.... He does supposedly love Palace and was I'm told very upset to have lost the job.
Did he deserve the sack? 100% but its done, we move on. I should imagine he'll end up at another club in the next few months and he'll probably do well to start with.
Its once he gets his feet under the table and thinking he is untouchable that the real problems start.
