He doesn't seem to be his energetic self. Injury has taken it troll. I'm sure a lot fans suprised about his admission before the 5 win in 7. A lot of fans thought cabaye or puncheon was the problem. Since luka arrival cabaye flourished in an improving side. He doesn't seem to have the strength, for that defensive role occupied by luka. What is jimmy mac best position?

Andy Johnson Magic, He wears a Magic Hat
When he Sees the match ball, he says he having that
He scores one with left foot, he scores one with his right
And When his playing Brighton, He scores all f***ING Night!

I'd like to see him playing as an attacking midfielder, he's definitely got an eye for goal and great energy. He can't score any less than Puncheon this season!

Jimmy Mac is a solid centre midfielder , always was always will be .
Apart from specialist DM like Luka or AM like Messi (we don't have one which maybe needs addressing) all others are Centre Midfielders , that's his best position

I think he's very useful coming off the bench with 20 minutes left to replace anyone who's tired, hurt or needs resting. He can fit into defensive or attacking midfield roles and also means that changing the midfield at that stage doesn't have to imply parking the bus. When Cabaye was replaced with Sako we went down the bog. Not so when it's McArthur.

Defunitedly in the central midfield. Playing him on the wing was a big mistake, he does have some goals in him but can help out on defense.

Speroni would've saved it!

He reminds of Roy Keane to early on. Definitely centre-mid for his best position.

His injury playing a big part. Hugely affecting his form. The form of 2016. He yet to show it.

On current form, the bench is his best position
