Sunday 23 April
Liverpool v palace

Wednesday 26th
Palace v Tottenham

Saturday 29th
Palace v Burnley

When we play spurs they won't of played since the 15th...
When we play Burnley they will have not played since the 23rd

Bit worried we have a massive fixture pile up whilst others clearly have the opposite

I'm no being rude but in march we only had 2 matches. The problem these days is you can't play on the same week as a champions league fixture.

Spurs are playing in the Cup Semi on 22nd April and we happen to be playing them on the following Wednesday due to a rearranged game. So we are not really at a significant disadvantage unless we pick up more injuries.....

This happened because Spurs were involved in the sixth round of the Cup, when we had a week off which did benefit us. Swings and roundabouts.

Exactly. We can't complain about fixture pile up. There professional footballers for crisis sake. There pamper and so on. Sometimes I have to work 12 days out of 14. Let's not worry about that week , when we have 2 fixtures before that week .

When the players have less recovery time it makes it a uneven playing field Swansea at home was a case in point. SA may have to rest/not risk players and target key games with our best team. You can not compare football with regular jobs.

Unless it is the Manchester City v Stoke that played on the 8th March, Champions League Round of 16. [Link]

It will be interesting to see if they receive a fine & what it is.

European club matches causes all the problems of fixture problems yet they say always say there are too many matches for clubs in home fixtures.
