Over the years I've seen that there is a wealth of knowledge on Hol and read some really good advice. I was wondering if there were any surveyors on the board? The old dear is having problems with a neighbour that has recently moved in. Been in the same house close to 30years and have never had any problems. They've built a new fence in the back yard and a wall in the front and has appeared to claim some land in the process. I spoke to him (politely) and to be honest he comes across as a bit of a c**k, it's a waste of breath talking to him. I guess the next step is to get a surveyor's report, does anyone know what it would cost or can recommend anyone? All advice is appreciated. Cheers
