Done all ask of him on Saturday. It's time fans get behind him as Steve keeps saying his homesick. If we have the protection of Sakho and luka. Hennessy can improve, yes his made a few errors this season but like speroni under pulis if the goalie protected by a defensive structure. They can thrive and keep clean sheets. Fans are quick to critize Hennessy a lot is warranted but now he has a defender that a 18 m player.

No. There was a long looping cross in the second half that any half decent keeper would have come out and claimed but he stayed routed to his goal line and thankfully the shot was drilled straight at him when anywhere else would have been a goal. Thankfully, he was rarely tested but he is still a liability and our 3rd best keeper

Admittedly I was looking from the Holmesdale in the second half but wasn't there a point where he punched/dropped a shot right on the 6 yard spot but no one was there to tap it in thankfully. Could be wrong, happy for someone to correct me.

He's not a prem goalie anymore and Steve mandanda cried wolf to go home more times than we won

The only match he has played in he put in a decent performance being the Cup but he hasn't been given the opportunity in the prem. You cannot write off his ability on the basis of not seeing him. Again, where is the proof of Steve crying wolf and asking to go back to France. The guy has been out injured after surgery. He has expressed affection for Marseilles but then he played there for many years. If someone interviewed Clyne and asked him how he felt about CPFC I imagine he would reply in a similar manner but it wouldn't mean he was homesick for South London and angling for a move back (more's the pity). In contrast Hennessy has proved consistently that he is not a Prem goalie with basic handling errors that have cost us points on many occasions. He is capable of great reaction saves but his positioning and handling are sometimes of non-league levels

We need another new goalie. Hennessey is a liability.

The way he commands the penalty area is wonderful. The lightening reflex panther like moves when defending a free kick is wonderful. The way he spreads confidence to the team and fans when the ball is hit straight at him is wonderful. Oh how John Jackson Bill Glazier John Burridge Paul Hammond and Jules must wish they were as good as him. Wait a minute! My medication is begining to kick in. HE IS A MUPPET.
Been to Anfield twice seen 14 goals and my team haven't scored any |

We should get behind him for the rest of the season, because he's going to be our keeper until the summer. But we desperately need to replace him in the next transfer window.

Well it took Paul ages to turn into a half decent goalkeeper after replacing Jacko. Then his wife got homesick and he left for the USA.
