My old man is on his death bed unable to communicate presently, but it's a small victory knowing that he became a Palace fan during his last few years. I effectively converted him and my Mum from Arsenal fans to Palace, but it was most certainly the passion from the fans and the entertainment on the pitch that convinced them. So thanks to every voice in the stands as you've played your part there. He might not even see Saturday, but I'll be hoping for a win for him.

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet.

I am so sorry to learn of your father's condition and hear that he is deteriorating so rapidly. He must have many happy memories supporting both clubs and be glad to have shared many of them with you. I wish you and your family all the strength you need to cope with things at this very difficult time.

Sorry to hear the bad news mate. But as a die-hard CPFC fan, I've got to tell you that my priority for your Dad is for his eternal life, just as it was for my Dad who died of cancer. I trust your dad is saved already, but if not, here is a website for you to explain the simple steps of salvation for him [Link] God bless you and your whole family.

Safely in Glory. Cheers Parchmore.

Each to their own and all that but it's a bit perplexing to see someone wasting their time on fairytales. You are an Evangelical, i take it.

One of my questions which has never been satisfactorily answered but maybe you can: All those tens of millions of people who lived before Jesus and Moses and didn't have to the chance to 'save' themselves because they were never given the opportunity because the idea of God and The Holy Trinity was never presented to them, they must be in Hell now then.

Why weren't they given the chance to go to Heaven by saving themselves by giving themselves to Christ?
