Doing a great job at Cardiff, recent wins over Leeds and Derby and a 5-0 demolition of Rotherham today,a side he kept in the division last year against the odds.
I listened to Shawn Derry on Talksport last week saying how much he admires him, and what a great man manager he is.Stated he makes players want to play for him,I for one would rather have him in charge of Palace right now.I'm sure he would instill some fight and guts into this team at the moment.

Up until now our current manager would have been described as having the same qualities but neither of them could make a silk purse from our pigs ear of a team.

Only if you want laughing Brighton fans pleading for us to 'stop, stop' as their sides can't take it any more.

Bring Warnock back???

Beyond tragic.

Players have their levels. Just like managers. He a very good championship/division 1 manager. Failed the 3 times in the prem with us,qpr and Sheffield utd

Great championship manager, but found lacking in the Prem.

I'm not saying he's the greatest manager,he only managed clubs in the Premiership in difficult circumstances.Sheffield United never had the money at that time to compete and were only relegated when West Ham got away with a fine instead of points deduction.QPR were a basket case at the time with a load of mercenaries playing for them.He had to pick up the pieces after Pulis walked out and did not do too bad a job for us before being replaced.
What he is good at is doing a backs to the wall job, getting average players to up their game, just what we need now to avoid the drop.

He was terrible and taking us down.

Pardew made a few changes and got a response which saved us although I think he and Parish got a bit lucky with Glen Murray who was farmed out in favour of Kevin Doyle under Warnock's tenure.

He's Championship standard and couldn't cut it in the Premier League. Romanticising his previous reign with us is absolutely laughable, unless you want a comfort zone nostalgia return.

Never managed A big club and never had decent money to spend.
Would I prefer him to the current Mr honest? Well that's a tough one isn't it!
One thing he would have us doing is playing for pride and the fans...

Warnock is class and is a decent mananger. He has a real soft spot for Palace as well.
