I have an idea.... I think that on match day the team need to park n ride from the Beckenham training ground on the team coach I.e. The team n staff meet at the training ground Get warmed up and 'briefed' Eat together ( at the training ground or altogether at the stadium ) They all hand their mobile phones / devices to the kit man and there is no contact with friends family from 1230 pm The team appoint a Liason 'go to' for emergency reasons This way the players minds are focussed together ....! Gotta feeling this be an enormous help
