Sam has stated that the players cannot cope with the pressure of playing at home and this is reinforced by the results over the last 12 months. If we are to have any chance of survival we need to make Selhurst like an away fixture. Allow in more away fans and reduce the home support as much as possible, less singing and tone down the noise.

You haven't been to many away games then?

Could try playing in the away kit i suppose. Cant hurt, bit like all those years ago when shef utd had their christmas party in August because Bassett reckoned they improved after christmas.

To make Selhurst more like an away game everyone should meet at Victoria Station before the game and travel down together. Backwards. Then wander around aimlessly asking for directions. Anything is worth trying

Put the home fans behind the left sided lino. Too easily influenced by those behind them, it is clearly noticeable.

This ground USED to be known as one of the most difficult to play in for visiting teams. NOT NOW. Our fans have given up the ghost and its a quiet and ghostly place. Stop wingen about managers and players and dtart singing and shouting again. As for the disaster on Saturday just like what happened to Ian Holloway when he brought in 16 players in the transfer window = this time % defenders and now a sixth. No wonder our players are not in the right mind - who will be left from Tony Pullis's defence which kept us in the P remiership - Scott Dan - very interesting to see the team sheet against Stoke.

We could play all our 'home' fixtures in Yorkshire and shut down a few motorways to make the journey a grind.
