I see prices have been frozen for next season (much like our woeful facking defence).
Any ST holders having doubts about whether to fork out just yet? We may be playing championship football next season - will the cost be worth it?

I know deep down that I'll renew whatever, but do wonder if it will merely be a form of self flaggelation to endure such s***eness every week.

I'm in two minds. My son works shifts and is planning on going travelling towards the end of the year. To fork out for 2 tickets in the championship when he will miss over half the games isn't particularly appealing.

the dignified don't even enter in the game

People trying to look on the positive say about there being 4 extra home games in the Championship for your season ticket money, however they are all evening games on Champions League nights and thousands of season ticket holders don't even bother coming so the whole thing is even more soulless - you listen to the radio on the way home from those games and you wouldn't even know there had been Championship football.

Only good thing is easier to park and less traffic

I'm seriously considering not renewing for a variety of reasons. My son is now 18 and costs full price and he works a lot of Saturday's. I don't like BFS, the players don't care and we are s***.

Prices are frozen, but will they go down if we get relegated ?

I'll be renewing whatever happens. Saturday afternoon telly is terrible.

I agree but when you work shifts like my son does, the amount of midweek games makes it less economical and might as well pay on a game by game basis.

That makes sense,in my book work comes first, without an income you cannot do anything.

Hi Nick

Both my boys have said they are not bothered about going next season and that was before today. Must be a concern for the club if the next generation are losing interest. I personally enjoy watching FC Elmstead U15's more on a Sunday morning. You should try and get Joe to reconsider playing again. Hope you are both well.

More games, more wins, less big time charlie players, some much bigger teams than us in the league probably villa, wednesday or leeds, sheff, utd, forest and derby. Some good old small grounds brentford, burton and maybe scunthorpe. A possible derby with millwall who I think may sneak up and brighton who may just blow it. Actually I think ive talked myself into into it. Lets face it its our real level anyway 😉
