I've supported palace for many years and have seen some bad performances and I mean bad, but I can't remember the ground emptying like it did at half time today. I was almost sitting on my own in second half as so many around me had left.

to be fair, no-one around me left at half time. 70 mins onwards people were leaving anytime Palace did something especially s***- which was quite frequently!

I left at half time (not proud of it). I was moaning and arguing with other fans due to the frustration on what was happening on the pitch. All I want to see is heart and commitment. Something that this team lacks in bucket loads.

I never saw anyone walk out at half-time,in fact at the end of the game I was suprised how well populated the ground was.

Really!Well you obviously don't sit near me in the Holmesdale Upper.
I would think about 15% of the stadium ticketholders did not take their seats for the 2nd half, and by the 80th minute about half had left.

My Dad and I left at half time. What was the point in staying ? To listen to the Mackems berating us for 45 minutes ? To watch a team devoid of any confidence try and get back from 4 goals down ?

My day was ruined at half time, I wasn't prepared to watch it get any worse. We got back in half the time it normally takes and consoled ourselves with a few beers at the local pub. Think we made a good decision.

If the ground had been empty of Palace fans at full time, then nobody could have complained. We would have stayed if it was 3-0. 4-0 at half time is taking the p***.

Yeh, I argued too and the bloke I argued with didn't come back after half time.

Someone banging on and on about Hennessy as if it was only his fault. They were almost all pretty poor. It doesn't help picking on them, I am sure they all feel awful. No confidence and just couldn't concentrate properly. And Defoe is pretty unplayable too.

If you read my post properlyyou will see that I referred to the stadium and not the Holmesdale upper!

So sorry to be pedantic.

I think people went to the kiosks early at half time and many missed the 4th goal.

Some folks around me started leaving the ground on the hour mark when they realised it was just going to be more of the same. The terrace was about one third full by the end.

However, no worries because our pathetic and clueless players still draw their multi thousand pound salaries and get to drive back to their luxurious homes in their sw***y cars. They'll do the same next week and probably for the forseeable future putting in as minimal effort as they have been allowed to get away with.

Funny that because we always let one in a few mins before half time and I was waiting for us to let another in at the end of the 90. Onwards and upwards.
