Have we ever been? I have followed Palace since 1964. I am sure I have never seen us losing 4-0 at Selhurst at half-time. Can anyone else recall such a thing happening? Edited by Pete53 (04 Feb 2017 7.28pm)

There was a season 1981 i think when we were 5-0 down at half time to Everton but that was at Goodison. I went berserk when we made it 6-5 in the 93rd minute.

Not at Birmingham by half time. It was 0-2 at half time. EDIT: At home. Edited by Tim Gypsy Hill '64 (04 Feb 2017 8.14pm)

What about 9-0 against Liverpool donkeys years ago? That's the last performance I can think of that was comparably bad.

I recall being 1-0 up at half-time in the old First Division against Arsenal, and ending up losing 1-5 , that was in the Best Head era.

Said to my mate that I'd be surprised if a team bottom of the league had ever been 4 nil up away from home , anywhere, ever. I'm including cubs, schools, girls football. Anywhere ever.

In over 50 years of watching Palace I have never witnessed such a complete capitulation as today. No fight, no guts, no skill. I have only ever left Selhurst once before the 75th minute and that I remember was against Doncaster many seasons ago but even then the their 4th goal did not go in until the 75th min.
