...comments like this are not helping. It filters through to the players and raises their arrogance and makes they think they don't have to try. Well guess what, they do. Anyone who says we're too good to go down after this is deluded. Even if we're ten points clear of relegation in two months, we're still not too good to go down. It's time for the club to accept what we really are - s***. Sooner we realise that, the sooner we can maybe turn things around

I don't think anyone has said 'we are too good to go down' just that some were cummin' in their pants because we have spent so much money and praising Steve Parish as if he is Jesus. We have a sh1t team and a pretty sh1t stadium. Well done all. Edited by Kermit8 (04 Feb 2017 6.57pm)

I'm using poetic licence but that's roughly what you've been saying on here for a little while now.

Just shows how much the so called Pundits know,as I am sick to death of hearing "Palace have too much quality in their squad to be in the bottom three"

We shouldn't be were we are in the league that's for sure we should be top half not bottom 3 we are too good to go down The players don't give a shut that's the difference and at's the players fault not the managers or the boards its purely the players and that's who I'm blaming and no one elses

We have the best squad 'on paper' of all the bottom 6 teams! Only problem being, football is played on grass ...

I wish you'd get to exactly what, when and how and who is responsible for this because as hours tick by you're sounding more and more like someone who's drinking in the Cherry's fro 5pm till 11pm, not knowing who or what to pin all this on, only he's devastated. Guess what, so am I. Today is the worst I've felt now. I looked forward to Bournemouth and was rewarded. Today? Feck me. There are a few reasons this has happened. IMO Parish and Pardew cosying up from January last year risking the def mid issue and then on repeat with the left back issue this Summer which can only be described as 4th tier management are major issues. Fitness, focus and all that another. We ideally needed 8 new players and got 3 outfield players in. I know too many new players can go the other way but FFS, we sold more than we bought in, sat on £20mil+, Pardew probably agreed because it prolongs his tenure as it did at Newcastle and voila, holes here and there to exploit and players not having tight triangles all round the pitch and an utter shambles, confidence shot to pieces and even more difficult to recover with stars unused to this roll your sleeves up and fight peculiar stuff.
