I have to say, I'm very, very impressed with Parish and the American backers.

Not even at the start of the window but up until about 3 days ago I was convinced we'd only sign a left back for the starting 11.

However, they've gone much further than that, strengthening not just the starting 11 but the squad as a whole. Rembember all those conversations in the match-day threads when we've been losing - who do we bring on?

Well, I'm going to take a bit of artistic license here and say Schlupp starts ahead of Puncheon and Sakho ahead of Delaney in the same formation we played against Bournemouth.

Our bench could be:

Speroni
Kelly
Delaney
Puncheon
Townsend
Sako
Kone

Unreal!

What about Remy?

More likely to be

Speroni
Sakho (cant seeing him go straight in)
Remy
Townsend
Puncheon (Milivojevic starting)
Ledley
Schlupp

This is with minimal changes to the team that just beat bournemouth

The difference between the end of the window and before is staggering

Could be a better January window than any we've had for a while. Looks like it could beat when Pulis brought in Dann, Hennessey, Ledley and Punch (permanently), with only Ince being a wash-out.

Er
The management are claiming that Schlupp will be fit for Saturday although that doesn't mean they will play him
