Definitely, although I'm not a daily partaker its a good way to let off stress, clear you mind and reset ready for the next task. Probably best to go to the toilet though, otherwise it tends to upset your collegues

There's a good Big Train sketch about this. I usually go for 3 to 5 a day at work because I'm limited to how many I can fit in when I get home. Does anyone else find it gets a bit clogged up around the plug hole of the urinal by the end of the day? Edited by Part Time James (11 Jan 2017 9.34am)

Yes good idea, companies should employ a 25 year old mini skirted bird to carry out this deed and pay them a wage, with tips they would do very well.
