So, out with the old (Palace) guard & in with the new. Guess no more 'jobs for the old boys' anymore, shame, BUT if this ensures our survival, im all for it. Good luck to KM & AW in all you do & thank you for your service
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Yes, it is a shame to see Keith go given what he has done for the club, but I'm not surprised. Given the way we played against Watford which would essentially have been his team, it looked no different to what Pardew would of done. Personal opinion is that Big Sam is thinking his coaches need to be able to come up with other options, not just follow what the manager (past or present) has done. Good luck to both of them none the less though.

This could be a great mistake Millen seemed to have a good relationship with the players. It wouldn't suprise me if BFS loses dressing room

Great shame re KM - very loyal, quiet-voiced man who seemed to have the ear and hearts of the players, who's endured a succession of managers with aplomb and steadied the ship in between. This is a poor reward - even if it goes with the parish (scuse the pun). I really hoped they'd retain him in some capacity for some continuity and established understanding of all the players histories and potentials..... I hope he's been amply rewarded.
