In interviews last night, Mourinho complained about the ref in the Manure 2-1 over Palace last month - said he was learning to "cope" with bad decisions like the fact Manure should have had a pen for Ledley's handball.

He presumably managed to "cope" with the fact that the first Manure goal was both handball and offside, and that Rojo should have got a red for his two-footer on Wilf.

He must also have "coped" with Mike Dean sending off West Ham's Feghouli last night, when if anything Manure's Phil Jones should have got the red. He also had to "cope" with the fact that the second Manure goal was offside.

Must be hard being Manure's manager when refs always favour the opposition, as so clearly demonstrated by Cluttenc*nt in the Cup Final v Palace.

It must be a wonderful luxury being able to whinge about a referee after a victory. I tell you what, right now we could have a ref give bad decisions against us for 90 minutes but if we came out of it with a win I wouldn't even bother to mention the ref.

It's all just part of the act. Any fool can see that Man U get different treatment from refs than clubs like ours - just look at the preposterous red card Wet Spam got yesterday and compare it with all sorts of occasions when Rojo, to take just one of their players for example, has committed the most outrageous dangerous challenges and not even been cautioned. Successive Man U managers have to keep the pressure up on the FA not to pi** off such a big club and influential stakeholder whilst trying to make it look as if they're being robbed blind as well.

The whole thing is a fiasco and Murinho is as bent as Clattenburg.

Think he's just being sensible. He really does not want referees going into the next Man Utd game thinking they've had preferential treatment. Refs like to even things up and subconsciously could give Utd less.

By trying to switch focus from the very poor red card decision given in their favour, he's hoping to minimise the likelihood it won't happen again.

I accept that Feghouli never went in with studs showing but if a player leaves the ground with both feet and lunges into a tackle then he risks getting a 'Red'.

If that happened to one of our players and our player had to go off injured with no 'Red' being shown there would be a huge outcry on HOL with cries of bias against our club etc etc.

You're the first person I know of, except the ref (and he will have realised his mistake when watching it again) who believes that was a correct red. It will get overturned on appeal.

You're clearly a troll.

Total and utter hogwash of course.

Regards the incident, all I have said is that if a player leaves the ground two-footed and lunges into a challenge he risks a 'Red'.I admit it wasn't a high contact when the players came together but it was a two-footed lunge with both feet off the ground.

Interestingly enough, Mike Dean didn't blow up initially for the challenge and looked the other way as if to allow play to continue but then all of a sudden looked towards the players involved in the incident and sent off Feghouli. Not sure if an 'Assistant' got involved as they are wired-up.

Of course Dean will have to explain his decision as part of the normal 'Forensic' analysis. As Gary Neville said, it wasn't the worst decision he has seen.
I have been trying to contact some referees to discuss the incident but no joy so far.

I repeat - If Feghouli had made that tackle on one of our players, our player got badly hurt and no 'Red' was issued there would be an interesting debate on HOL !
