Just noticed that KaiKai scored twice twice for Brentford today.

I like that in a man.

I'm not sure what the significance is though. Are there any experts on here who know about stuff?

Not sure what's happening with SK. Has hardly played for Brentford. Was promised a place in the first team squad this season by Pardew but then got loaned out again. Hope Big Sam gets him back and gives him a chance; same with Boateng, Croll and Anderson.

If they aren't exactly ripping it up at their loan clubs, the chances of them doing it in the Prem is unlikely.

There might be some explanation for having a lean spell. it could be that Venus's moon was badly aspected, which can affect a Virgo.

I'm ecstatic to see a Palace youth team player doing well. I might even go and watch Brentford play one evening. (I live quite close)

The impression I have is that when he is hot, he is unplayable but like many young wingers, drifts out of games too easily

Sounds just like Wilf and Townsend, hope he gets a place on the bench next year.

The "kid" is now 21 years old. In this day and age if he was really that good he would be playing in a first team. The "stars" are playing first team games at 17. There must be a reason why.

The only way you can tell, is to throw a 'kid' in the deep end. Be confident in your ability as a manager and his as a player - and see if it's a success or failure.

Look how someone like Rashford did last year vs this year.

Many moons ago, I saw a 17 year old David Swindlehurst make his debut for Palace against Notts County, in a game I expected palace to win handsomely.

I was ecstatic too, as I had seen this kid Swindlehurst form a deadly partnership with another youth team striker called Paul Hinshelwood. I was expecting a star to be born,

Sadly, the game didn't work out that way. Palace lost 1-4 at home, and poor Swindlehurst looked utterly crushed.

So I think going in too early might ruin a kid's confidence.

Then again, I am no exert on these matters, and I'm prepared to listen to the many informed pundits who, for some inexplicable reason, shun the chance to manage Barcelona and spend their evenings on the Holmesdale.net forum.

Pundits, fill me in!
