with Pardew taking a step backwards i think first on our transfer list is a new manager at the helm? personally im sad to see pards step aside he help guide us to the FA cup final and was brilliant with the fans. although the last 2 home games noone has sung his name and it looks like fresh blood is needed to inspire us to stay in the prem
