We might regret it

Not sacking Pardew after the Swansea game. The Win in the next game against Southampton has probably given him another 5 games!!! But where will we be in the table by that time? The Hull game was ridiculous. Pardew says we are in transition!!! Why do we need to be?? What is the point of risking relegation by becoming this gung ho disorganised outfit!!! Why can't we of stuck to our tight defensive approach and simply gradually improved our attacking intent. We have enough quality in abundance in attacking areas to score the necessary goals to Win the games we should. Every year we stay in the Premier, the huge amount of TV money means we can keep building this into an established Premier club who are capable maybe in the long run to Win the odd Cup and get into Europe now and again. Already, this is probably the most talented group of players many of us can ever remember. So why risk it all now? I fear we will regret Parish being too close to Pardew when we reach May

you could quite easily put that argument the other way around. Look at Swansea. Not saying Pardew is the man for the job but changing could also be the thing that triggers a worse ending to all of this.

When was the last time we were in the bottom three?

Parish should've been on the phone before Southampton and still now. I hope he's making swift plans if the next few weeks go badly.

The man's football, approach, ideas, preparation, influence and long term handling of a squad are damn right risky and playing with our future. I care about being a soft touch right now. Not being able to hold a lead for 3 minutes. Not being able to defend a corner. Conceding from our own corners. Letting second rate players walk past us at will. Players not covering others, no communication, not enough defensive training, players wanting more defensive training week after the extra defensive training that failed at Swansea. Those are the things I care about right now, not the loser, settle what will be will be attitude of some our fans. I remember when some of us weren't happy with Freedman. 'Relegation? So be it' was the stance of the maturer and wiser amongst our fans. Soon after when DF was told to start using Zaha and bought Bolasie because it was about to probably be Zaha's last year we started brushing aside anyone who came in our way. We really do have some white flag wavers in our ranks. well I will be singing loud these next 2 games and I'd do anything to keep us up but that bloke is not a good thing to hang onto that you think. Had such high hopes for pardew, but can't help feeling it's one big confidence trick, or maybe it just appears that way because pards genuinely believes he's a supremely talented manager.
