I think we will see if AP is a bit of a mug at the weekend or not - you absolutely have to stick with the same team without question that finally got a win and a clean sheet. If he makes changes this would surely be an error.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

Disagree tbh. You wouldn't use a mountain bike on a BMX track.

He may want the team to play differently as the approach last week may not suit the team we will play this week?

Last week's team will do Hull easily. AP won't change it.

Agree.

And at the moment who is available that could come in and improve the team anyway ?

I really think we need to show some common sense here. Football is about confidence. Give the lads confidence and dont play favorites. Same issue as putting Cabaye in as direct free kick taker, punch had done more than enough to retain that role, but AP put in Cabaye on reputation and suddenly we dont score any goals that way anymore.

You mean Chelsea who brought back Cesc Fabregas for the first time after seven consecutive wins without him, ahead of the biggest away game of their season?

It's not as simple as just sticking with the same thing every time.

Personally, I think Townsend has looked very iffy in the last couple of games (including Saturday) and would strongly consider Sako instead. He seems to offer more cover defensively. I would stick with Ledley over Cabaye if we're planning on defending deep as we did against Southampton, but Cabaye might well be needed off the bench if we are struggling to keep the ball.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time.

He came in because Matic was injured.
Besides he has a good understanding with Costa, picking him out with long range passes.

Evidently, we all know this is nothing to do with a BMX.. it was an example. The point is not every player / formation & tactical set up suit every match.

Basically, none of you care about him tinkering with the lineup. You just don't want him to play Cabaye.. am I right?

You would assume we would approach Chelsea a completely different way to how we would Hull. That was the point I was making

Cabaye doesnt work, we should sell him and move on. Pards is probably too proud to do that but our midfield looks better without him.

If Sako starts then mug. Cabaye/Ledley/AT any two of the three is the only choice.

Disappointed as I thought this was a club shop decision. Won't read again.
