To be fair I am a big critic of Pardew, But I think this was the best 2 halves of football we have put together for a while, Southampton are no mugs and we dealt with them really well, So much so that Southampton had one shot on target, Dann & Delaney at the centre of defence looked assured. Zaha was brilliant today tracking back and looked a threat every time he had the ball, in fact for me the only disappointment was Townsend he looked a shadow of the player he was at Newcastle at the end of last season, Tomkins did enough but no more than that. For a change the whole team were talking to each other, and we looked comfortable on the ball. a bit of luck with both goals in the first half but we were due a little, bUT alas one win does not make a season, And remember thats only 6 wins in a year, I still think AP should go on Monday
