Hopefully the board have the balls to sack Pardew, I think the whole backroom staff should pay the price too, all responsible for the debacle of 2016 ( form that the whole country is laughing at). I posted before, his only hope was changing to a 3-4-3, too late I think Mr Arogant !!

I am really disappointed that Pardew is taking training this morning . He should been gone and agree with OP all the backroom staff with him . We have became a laughing stock . I also feel Parish has too much sentiment with ex-players and is giving Pardew too much time too try and find a fix . It's the same old rubbish every week . Please leave Alan .

A lot has been said about Alan Pardew being the sole blame for Palace's form, and that the solution to this is to sack him. Now, if the reason for sacking him is that he hasn't started kicking most of the teams arses, then maybe I would agree with all the executioners calling for his head.

The team (with one exception) are playing as if they would rather be playing elsewhere and not at SE25. As I said, if that is Alan's fault, then maybe yes he should go, but I feel it is something more than that, and instead of you putting all the blame on the manager, start questioning the loyalty and passion from the players.

If we lose but give 100%, then applaud, applaud and, applaud again.

Someone has to be held responsible.
If a team at a Company is performing very badly it is likely their Leader is not doing his job well either - particularly when he recruited some of them in the first place.
Mandanda, Cabaye, Benteke, Townsend, Lee, Mutch, Tomkins, Flamini, Sako, Wickham - all at the Club and all his buys.
Granted Mutch doesn't play now and for some obscure reason Flamini is not getting a game but the rest are around and about and not integrating with the existing players.
We are a shambles and AP needs to be the scapegoat - mainly because he can't organise them to do their jobs properly when others before him have managed it.
He has to be relieved of his duties.

which in turn comes from the manager. I don't think Mr P is that well liked and this is where I believe a lot of the problems are coming from.

If the options are only Fat Sam, Woy or Coleman, I'll stick with Pardew please otherwise we'll have all this again in a years time.

I think what you're trying to say is Pardew has lost the locker room and I would agree. That's why he must be sacked. There's good quality on this Team that's not performing under his leadership. They aren't performing under his leadership when, he will throw them under the bus with his excuses during Pressers. He may not be calling out players by name but they still recognize when they're being thrown under the bus. Why should a player be loyal to that type of sh*tty management? Answer, they shouldn't. That's why there is need for a fresh start at SE25. I think a Majority of the supporters know this and recognize it. It's just taking Steve Parish and the Board a little while longer, but it will happen. A Fresh Start is coming to SE25 and I for one can't wait.

This actually seems relatively logical. A couple of months ago I wouldn't have believed it.

Pardew hasn't helped himself, with his head in the sand attitude, but he isn't the sole reason for our predicament.
The players are most definitely culpable as well, the problem is they don't really care and know they will still get paid very well until there contract expire.
H Rednapp was on TalkSport this morning talking about todays players, there is very little comradery in teams now, some players don't even talk, just turn up with their headphones on and get changed to play. How there are now very few leaders in teams anymore in the mould of Adams, Keane and Terry, in some teams they have players that don't speak English. I don't like Rednapp, but he had a few reasonable points.
Pardews issue is that he is just not getting through to the players and motivating them, for whatever reason.
His time has come, he wont be here for New Years day, I am starting to warm to the idea of Fat Sam, he does appear to have some infinity with players, which may help.
