No coincidence that we have slowly got worse since he left.

We are headed for the EFL unless change happens now. I think AP has lost the dressing room.

I think it's a fair call that Ben Garner being pushed out by Pardew is a big factor.

Well Ben Garner has been at the club for years and we all know a coach is close the players. A good cop type of relationship and possibly an underrated role.

Pardew has brought in mates who don't or can't challenge him. It's as if Pardew has changed all around him to feel safe but the failure from doing that has made it a really costly error.

The application on the pitch is pathetic and the coach works more than anyone on the training ground and in those warm ups before matches.

Ben Garner going was viewed as odd especially as he was replaced with Salako. However we enjoyed a purple patch the first half of last season so I'm not sure of the impact of him leaving. One thing though, he is very highly rated within the game

To criticise Pardew for having his own team is silly, that's what managers do. He should have probably got rid of Millen too but most of us, including me would have been unhappy with him being binned after everything he has done.

the dignified don't even enter in the game

The fitness, focus, spirit, camaraderie, playing for each other, covering a player's mistake (something Hambo highlighted on HOL radio) gradually evaporated and when a player or 2 was injured last year and wins were hard to come by, those qualities fig you out of this s sh1t.

Pardew has burnt a lot of bridges and seems as though some of the glue has gone.

That picture of Delaney asleep on the bench I'd like to see. Speaks volumes.

Yes listened to the show tonight good points made, especially the spirit and togetherness, it's just not there anymore.

But don't you think, whatever problems there are, there is still that spirit? Sunderland, Burnley and Swansea all saw great fight backs.

I haven't seen the Damo shot but if as described it disappoints me. I would have thought whatever his feelings to AP (he was happy enough to sign an extension) he'd have been happy for the team.

But working to score goals is different to working to stop goals. Every job has a better side to it and we're excelling in the enjoyable and shirking the day to day demanding stuff. Only a leader solves this and now there's none on the pitch or the dugout. Clear out in the dugout it has to be.

Perhaps the biggest loss to the team was Jedinak. Now have no leader on the pitch
