Whilst are club is the meltdown.

I was wondering has Alan Pardew now lost his once legendary status.

I am at present finding it difficult to have an opinion on this matter one way or the other.

Please advice.
Thanks.

He has an enormous reputation for many things - mostly with the word "s***" in them.

Very similar to Gary Monk at Swansea last season. Legend for coming in and saving us that season, and getting us to a cup final. Also for bringing in some great players.

Not a legend for the absolute capitulation of our defence and some of the comments he's made about players. Poor game management (cup final, Liverpool last year, Burnley, yesterday). And for not resigning when he clearly should.

"Brighton are talking about how they're coming for us. And it's like, we've been waiting in the Premier League for you for ages." Wilfried Zaha, 2017.

Al was only deemed a legend after scoring the winner at Villa Park. As a players he was pretty pony, bit of a wimp who bottled tackles. He has an air of arrogance about him now but has nothing to be arrogant about. He has been found out and we can see why the Geordies wanted him out so badly. he is not a good manager.

Overall he's been good for the club - saved us from relegation and built a good, albeit thin, squad. Completely lost the plot now but we're in a better place than we were before he came.

When did the word 'our' become replaced with 'are' ?

The word 'hour' is pronounced the same as 'our' so how has it become 'are?' They don't even sound the same apart from when singing our's, like a lot of words are sung differently.

Our linguistics professor devoted an entire hour's lecture to explaining why "tower" and "tar" were homophones. We spent the rest of the year taking the pi$$ out of him. "Good morning Professor! Looks like we could be in for a shahhhhr later. Good for the flahhhhrs though!"

That was back in the days when David Gahhhhhr batted for England.

What happens when you go a goal down with 15 minutes to play against any of the top teams? They shut shop. They hold up for 3 points. What does 'Super Al' do? Consistently? Like...uh...let me see...ah yes, Leading against Man Utd in an FA Cup final with minutes to go? He does a dance. What does he do 3-4 up against Swansea with 10 mins to go? Punches the air and a big grin. Yeh yeh he's 'Super Al' alright. He just can't shut the shop.
entertaining though!

NOOOOOOOOOO, stupid Al won't. Your faith in him is unwarranted. Not to mention, there is absolutely ZERO PROOF he's changed any program around at clubs he's managed. We're just the latest to figure it out.
