Suggested by the Daily Express that he is in the frame, together with Coleman and Sam,to take charge if our diabolical losing streak continues much longer.
Thought he was settled and doing a good job at Celtic.
Any thoughts ?

I don't think he would leave Celtic before the summer.

We don't really appreciate how important Celtic is to a good proportion of Scots, Irish and Rodgers' Northern Irish nationalist community.

Celtic is far more than just a football club to these people so highly unlikely he would do anything as drastic as leaving mid-way through the season.

Rogers would be absolutely ideal for this club. Young progressive manager who knows how to get the best out of his players. I imagine that he'd jump at the chance to be back in the PL managing players of the Calibre of some of our lot as well.

My thoughts exactly and he may jump at the chance to be reunited with Benteke, who of course he signed for Liverpool. Also,a departure from our tendency to sign ex players to manage our club.

As good as he is, our issues right now are defence and he's just as bad in that department. See the 3-3 for a prime example of that

I would say that the keyword is "suggested" and they don't know any more than any of us (except Willo of course who has Parish's ear)

No way he'd leave mid season.

Where on earth are these stories made up.

He's going to want to finish the season win some silverware and then decide if he fancys giving the champions league another crack with them.

Zero chance him coming ton palace mid season.

I'd also agree with this, Liverpool fans I remember tearing their hair out at his tactics and playing players out of position.

Even if he wanted to jump ship, we shouldn't be looking at him as an upgrade.

Pardew's critics accuse him of living himself and being tactically inept.

So let's dump him for some who loves himself and is tactically inept

Zat right? Ah wisnae aware Celtic wis a fitba club. It's a pure quasi-religious cult, isn't it?

I know plenty of people who think and talk about nothing but Old Firm despite having f*** all understanding of football. Some of them even think they're still in Europe.

Just what I was thinking. He spends more time preening than anything else. Tan, teeth and watch are his three most used words I reckon.

Optimistic as ever
