After seeing all the Pardew out comments, all the replies have been "who is better?" On the list three names stood out to me, not sure we could get them but I wouldn't write them off:
If you want to look for yourself, I will leave the link below

I might have been being facetious because it's an interesting question. The thing that's been keeping Pardew n his job may have been a want of available alternatives and if that changes he might well be getting his jotters. So far we haven't been in a situation where we chuck him out and then wonder whom we get instead, but I would think the Board would now be thinking about what upgrades might be coming onto the market. And the longer we continue to play without a defence, the nearer we get to the bottom three, the more ludicrous goals we concede from what should be our own attacking positions, the lower the bar for a possible replacement. I don't think we're quite at Allardyce level yet but get tanked by Citeh (especially if with incorrect tactics) and a repeat of yesterday against Hull and candidates we may hitherto have dismissed out of hand will start to look like attractive propositions compared with relegation. Personally I'm now hoping that the right name comes up sooner rather than later because the only alternative is Pardew having some kind of Damascene revelation and realising that toilet defending is within his remit.

If you want to look for yourself, I will leave the link below Whilst they may be better than Pardew I am not convinced that they are better for us. DeBoer I would be happier with at the start of a season rather than halfway. That goes for pretty much all untried PL managers not worth the risk

Why isn't Louis van Gaal included in the top 3? He is by far the best option.

He had won the Champions League, UEFA Cup and Super Cup, League 6 times in 3 countries, cups in 3 countries etc etc etc. At Man Utd he finished 4th to take them into the Champions League, also finished 5th, won the FA Cup and had a 52% win record. He was still deemed a failure at Man Utd and sacked.
